酥梨又名砀山梨,原产安徽砀山,是我国四大名梨之一。根据《中国农作物种植区划》对白梨系统(包括酥梨)栽培区四项主要气象指标的要求,渭北黄土高原得分最高,被确定为优生区。栽培实践证明,渭北产酥梨有个大色黄、果形整齐、洁净无锈、皮薄质酥、肉细多汁、香甜可口等特点,以外观品质和内在品质(如含糖量高等)明显优于原产地而名冠中华,享誉海内外市场。但生产中也常出现果个偏小、果形不正、绿而不黄、光洁度差、风味偏淡等现象。笔者就此
