本文对广西地区十四条主要江河67个居民饮水点159份水质碘含量调查,水碘检出范围为0.01~52.4μg/L,均值6.05μg/L;地甲病重、轻、非病区的水碘均值分别为2.24μg/L,4.79μg/L,9.83μg/L。初步掌握了广西主要江河水碘含量的分布:①水碘均值低的是桂西、北地甲病区,而地处桂南沿海非病区的江河水碘含量相对为高。②对水质中碘含量指标进行了探讨,认为可把水碘含量10μg/L作为在防治地甲病进行流行病学研究中衡量某地区环境缺碘与否的一项指标。
In this paper, 159 water samples of iodine in 159 drinking water spots of fourteen major rivers in Guangxi were surveyed. The detection range of water iodine was 0.01-52.4 μg / L, with an average of 6.05 μg / L. , The non-ward water iodine average values were 2.24μg / L, 4.79μg / L, 9.83μg / L. The distribution of iodine in the main rivers of Guangxi was preliminary grasped: (1) There is a low water-iodine value in the a-ward disease area in western Guangxi and northern China, while the iodine content in the river water in the non-ward coastal areas of Guinan is relatively high. ② The iodine content of water quality indicators were discussed that the water iodine content of 10μg / L can be used as a prevention and control of endemic diseases in epidemiological studies to measure an area of iodine deficiency or not an indicator of the environment.
