病例摘要 患者刘××,男,30岁,工人,已婚,病历号200847。因持续高热、腹泻20天余,1982年6月7日入院。患者入院前21天,被雨淋后开始发烧,体温38.9℃,伴有寒战。曾在当地某医院诊断为“高热待查”服“安乃近”,“安脑牛黄片”,“安宫丸;无效;肌注庆大霉霉及静点氯震素、庆大霉素、白霉素均无效,反而引起寒战高热,体温最高达41.9℃。发病以来体温常在37～38℃,晚间有时达40℃以上。发病后第四天开始腹泻,起初为稀水样便,后为泡沫样便,每日6～10次,伴有里急后重、腹痛,有时呕吐,呕吐物为胃内容及胆汁。服痢特灵、黄连素无效。发病以来明显消瘦,食欲减退。发病治疗期间,曾在当地医院行十二指肠引流检查,两次在A、B、C胆汁中均找到梨形鞭毛虫,但未用杀虫剂治疗。持续高热不退,我院门诊以“发热待查”收入院。既往:慢性腹泻3～4年,无结核病史。查体Bp.130/86mmHg,
