在经济快速发展的大背景下,我国的国有企业发展的速度也随之加快,在发展的过程中,国有企业的内部的产业结构和团队组织等,都随着经济的发展发生一系列的变化,呈现出经济结构多元化、劳动关系复杂化、就业方式多样化的特点。本文就是基于当今国有体制下的发展现状,对工会工作中职能的发挥策略进行了深入的分析和探究,希望能够更好的促进工会在国有企业中发挥出最大优势,促进国有经济的进一步发展。
