患儿男,7岁。因反复阴茎勃起发作1个月就诊。1个月前患儿于夜间睡眠时突然醒来,感心慌难受,继之阴茎勃起,伴面色苍白、大汗、轻声哼哼,持续约15分钟,阴茎渐缩软,未见有射精现象,无抽搐及明显意识障碍,缓解后觉头昏,随即又复入睡。此后每隔1—2天常有类似发作,持续时间15—30分钟不等,均于夜间睡眠时或次晨将起床前发生。患儿为第2胎,顺产,出生时无窒息史,无头颅外伤史及脑炎病史,其祖父有癫痫病史。体检:发育正常,营养中等,神清,头颅五官无畸形,心肺正常。腹平软,肝脾不大,阴茎发育正常,双侧睾丸大小正常,神经系统检查无异常发现。脑电图检查:经常可见中一高度
