丁二烯是生产顺丁橡胶的主要原料,目前,我国主要采用P-Mo-Bi系催化剂于流化床中使丁烯氧化脱氢制取丁二烯为进一步提高催化剂的收率、转化率及选择性,我们研究了采用Sn-p-Li系催化剂制取丁二烯,根据本实验与φ51mm固定床的条件试验[5],收率、转化率、选择性均提高,分别达到70%、80%、90%左右。有机含氧化合物可降至3~5%。与p-Mo-Bi系催化剂比较,其反应设备简单,生产能力提高并减少对大气与地下水的污
