铈对镁合金微弧氧化膜微观结构和耐蚀性的影响

利用扫描电镜、电化学工作站等,研究了不同铈盐添加方法对ZE10镁合金在由硅酸钠14g/L、氟化钠14g/L、氢氧化钠2g/L、甘油5mL/L组成的溶液中,于电压300V、脉冲频率1kHz、占空比15%的条件下微弧氧化20min所得微弧氧化膜厚度、形貌和耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,先进行铈盐转化处理再微弧氧化和在电解液中添加铈盐微弧氧化都能降低膜层厚度,减少膜层微裂纹,提高膜层致密度,进一步提高膜层的耐腐蚀性能。先进行铈盐转化处理再在添加铈盐的电解液中微弧氧化得到的膜层微裂纹最少,致密度最高,耐蚀性最好。 The effects of different cerium salt addition methods on the corrosion resistance of ZE10 magnesium alloy were studied by using scanning electron microscopy, electrochemical workstation, , The effects of micro-arc oxidation on the thickness, morphology and corrosion resistance of MAO coatings obtained by micro-arc oxidation at a voltage of 300V, a pulse frequency of 1kHz and a duty cycle of 15% were obtained. The results show that the first micro-arc oxidation of cerium conversion and micro-arc oxidation of cerium salt in the electrolyte can reduce the film thickness, reduce the film microcracks, improve the film density and further improve the corrosion resistance of the film performance. First cerium salt conversion treatment and then added cerium salt electrolyte micro-arc oxidation of the film obtained the least microcracks, the highest density, the best corrosion resistance.

本实验研究长白山红景天配伍FDP抗疲劳作用,探讨其抗疲劳作用机制,寻找最佳配伍剂量,为研发长白山红景天配伍FDP抗疲劳口服制剂提供动物实验依据。实验结果显示:口服长白山红景天及其配伍FDP具有抗疲劳作用,是安全有效的抗疲劳途径。长白山红景天10g/kg、FDP200mg/kg剂量组效果显著。实验采用耐力游泳小鼠为疲劳动物模型,析因分析得出在配伍剂量下长白山红景天与FDP存在交互关系,配伍剂量组强于
