目的 :探讨艾迪注射液对人卵巢癌细胞株A2 780增殖的影响及与多种化疗药物的协同作用。方法 :采用MTT法测定艾迪注射液与 4种化疗药物单独及联用对A2 780细胞的增殖抑制作用 ,运用流式细胞仪测定艾迪注射液对A2 780细胞周期的影响及凋亡率。结果 :艾迪注射液可抑制A2 780细胞增殖 ,其抑制作用呈剂量和时间依赖性 ,并可诱导细胞凋亡。低浓度的艾迪注射液与化疗药物联用 ,可产生较强的抑制细胞增殖的作用。结论 :艾迪注射液具有直接抗肿瘤作用 ,对化疗药物协同作用的机制可能与其诱导细胞凋亡有关。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Aidi Injection on the proliferation of human ovarian cancer cell line A2 780 and the synergistic effects with various chemotherapy drugs. Methods: The inhibitory effects of Aidi Injection and four chemotherapeutic agents alone and in combination on proliferation of A2 780 cells were determined by MTT assay. The effect of Aidi Injection on A2 780 cell cycle and apoptosis rate were determined by flow cytometry. Results: Aidi Injection can inhibit the proliferation of A2 780 cells in a dose and time dependent manner and induce apoptosis. Low concentrations of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy drugs, can produce a strong inhibition of cell proliferation. Conclusion: Aidi Injection has a direct anti-tumor effect, and the synergistic effect of chemotherapy drugs may be related to its induction of apoptosis.
