~(60)Co—r射线辐射食用南瓜“小菊”品种干种子,第一代果实形状和果重性状表现显著变异;有嵌合变异,同一单株结的瓜瓜形显著不同,并且遗传;第二代性状变异多,幅度广。经第二代株系鉴定,可以初步判断果实重量变异的遗传真实性,为育种工作早代定向选择提供依据,果实形状的变异呈多样性。经家系系统选择已从辐射后代中选育出早熟,高抗花叶病、品质优的4个品系。
