闽西革命根据地时期施行于闽西的劳动法律有六部,它们立基于不同的指导思想,制定于不同背景,在不同范围内生效,形式上有较大的差异,甚至在效力等级上也有很大不同;它们对闽西革命根据地的劳动关系、生产经营、革命斗争等产生了或大或小,或正面或负面的影响,对细致认知劳动关系和当下的劳动立法仍具启发。
There are six labor laws that were implemented in Minxi during the period of Minxi Revolutionary Base. They are based on different guiding ideology, formulated in different backgrounds, entered into force within different scopes, with large differences in form and even in the level of effectiveness They are different from each other in that they exert a large, small, positive or negative influence on the labor relations, production and management, and revolutionary struggle in the revolutionary base areas in western Fujian. They are still enlightening on the careful recognition of labor relations and the current labor legislation.
