建立了高效液相色谱法测定蜈蚣草中二苯砷酸的分析方法。样品采用0.1mol·L-1磷酸氢二钠溶液振荡提取4h,高速离心,上清液以Shimadzu VP-ODS反相C18柱为分离柱,以乙腈-0.02mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(16+84)作为流动相进行洗脱,检测波长为220nm。二苯砷酸的质量浓度在0.20~2.0 mg·L-1范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为2.8mg·kg-1。对空白样品进行加标回收试验,加标回收率在98.5%~98.8%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为0.97%~4.6%。方法可应用于蜈蚣草中二苯砷酸的检测。
A method for the determination of diphenyl arsenic in Pteris vittata by HPLC was established. The sample was extracted by shaking with 0.1 mol·L-1 sodium phosphate dibasic solution for 4 h and then centrifuged at high speed. The supernatant was separated on a Shimadzu VP-ODS reversed-phase C18 column with acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (16 + 84) as the mobile phase elution, detection wavelength of 220nm. The concentration of dibenzofenac in the range of 0.20-2.0 mg · L-1 showed a linear relationship with the peak area. The detection limit (3S / N) of the method was 2.8 mg · kg-1. The spiked recoveries of blank samples were tested. The recoveries were between 98.5% and 98.8%. The relative standard deviations (n = 5) were 0.97% -4.6%. The method can be applied to the detection of diphenyl arsenic in centipede grass.
