针对普洱市交通现状和普洱供电局交通管理存在问题,研究基于危害辨识和风险控制的ECD交通安全管理。将影响交通安全的诸多要素,通过ECD系统控制,降低交通安全风险。
In view of the traffic status of Pu’er City and the traffic management of Pu’er Power Supply Bureau, ECD traffic safety management based on hazard identification and risk control is studied. Many elements that affect traffic safety will be mitigated by the ECD system to reduce traffic safety risks.
