目的:建立不同产地海风藤药材的HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-四氢呋喃的水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长280nm。结果:测定10批不同产地海风藤药格,确定15个共有峰,照“中药指纹图谱技术研究”测定相对保留时间和相对峰面积,照“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统的操作规范”测得10批海风藤药材的相似度。结论:采用HPLC指纹图谱技术,可鉴别和评价海风藤药材的质量。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprints of sea buckthorn medicinal herbs in different areas. Methods: The HPLC method was adopted. The column was Kromasil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and tetrahydrofuran with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm . Results: Ten batches of sea buckthorn tablets were determined and 15 common peaks were determined. The relative retention time and relative peak area were determined according to the “Study on Fingerprinting of Traditional Chinese Medicines”, according to the operation of similarity evaluation system of chromatographic fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicines Specification "measured the similarity of 10 batches of sea buckthorn herbs. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprinting technique can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of sea buckthorn herbs.
