Institutional Innovation of Insurance Funds Application Policy Without the application of insurance funds, the operation of modern insurance industry can not be sustained. The most obvious development trend of the modern insurance industry is to give full play to the financial functions of the insurance industry and to use financial instruments to realize the risk transfer which is difficult to be achieved by the traditional methods.
