对无症状并不靠近肝脏边缘的非巨大肝血管瘤暂不做特殊处理,进行定期复查和动态观察.依其发展决定治疗方案;对小而有症状的肝血管瘤采用栓塞治疗;对巨大肝血管瘤采用直接手术切除或先栓塞再手术。以后者的效果为最佳。
Non-symptomatic non-hepatomegaly hepatic hemangiomas that are not close to the liver margin are not treated for a specific period of time. Regular review and dynamic observation are performed. The treatment plan is determined according to its development; embolization is used for small, symptomatic hepatic hemangioma; Hemangiomas are treated with direct surgical resection or first embolization. The latter is the best.
