研究钛合金的高速切削,是金属切削试验研究的一个重要课题。它对于提高生产效率、改善零件表面层质量、促进对钛合金更广泛的应用具有实际意义。本文是在系统试验研究的基础上,阐明TC9钛合金具有实现高速拉削的可能性。
Studying the high-speed cutting of titanium alloy is an important subject of metal cutting test research. It is of practical significance to improve the production efficiency, improve the surface quality of parts and promote the wider application of titanium alloy. This article is based on the systematic experimental study, to clarify the possibility of high speed broaching of TC9 titanium alloy.
