一项研究成果显示,一个人如果走路或坐着时姿势过于懒散,就容易感觉体力下降,还容易产生抑郁情绪。研究人员召集了110名参试者,让其中一半人采用懒散的姿势走过走廊,另一半人则采用蹦跳的姿势通过走廊,并对他们的情绪和体力水平进行评价。之后,这两组参试者互换姿势通过走廊。结果显示,姿势懒散的参试者显得体力下降、情绪消极,而采用蹦跳姿势的参试者会出现体力上升和情绪愉
One study shows that if a person is too lazy to walk or sit, he or she tends to feel physically weak and depressed. The researchers convened 110 participants, half of whom walked through the hallway in a lazy pose, while the other half passed the corridor in a jumpy position and rated their emotional and physical fitness levels. After that, the two groups of participants exchanged poses through the corridor. The results showed that the lazy attitude of the participant appeared to be physically weak and the emotion was negative, while the participants who used the jump attitude would have physical ascension and emotional pleasure
