我厂在甲醛扩建工程中,将原配电室搬远了二十多米,原控制电缆不足,影响施工。为了解决这一困难,我们采用了单根导线远距离控制电机办法,节约了很多控制电缆。做法是,在原起动设备控制回路中加装一只中间继电器,并在主电沟放两根控制电源公共线(这两根导线最女采用颜色不同的铜芯塑料线)。为了进一步节约控制电缆,对需要表计的电机也采用一根导线来计量,另一根导线借用主电沟原有的公共接地体。这样一台需要表计的电机采用单线控制后比原控制办法少了三根。直接起动电机可用单线控制,
