以轿车万向传动中间轴为研究对象,结合等速万向传动轴承载、失效形式以及静强度和疲劳耐久性要求,提出了一种基于产品-材料-工艺的中间轴热处理工艺强化设计准则和控制参数,用来设计制定毛坯和产品的表面强度和硬度、心部强度和硬度、硬化层深度、残余应力分布、硬度和强度梯度分布等。某轿车等速万向传动中间旋锻空心轴的试验结果表明,耦合材料、工艺和产品特性的中间轴热处理强化工艺设计方法能够充分发挥材料潜能、满足产品设计要求。

The test results of the intermediate swirl hollow shaft of a car constant velocity universal transmission show that the method of strengthening the process of the intermediate shaft heat treatment with coupling material, process and product features can give full play to the material potential and meet the product design requirements.
