中国证监会主席周小川日前表示,A、B股合并最少需要5至10年的时间,并对证券市场的热点问题进行了阐述。 ●是否考虑将法人股流通? 周小川说,会朝这方面发展。但是还要考虑市场承受能力,我们会安排一个时间表,以维持市场的公平,使市场不至于产生太大的震动。 ●H股和红筹股表现均不好,今后是否考虑不再发行?
