传统发展观是“物本主义”的发展观,它把人的价值归结为物的价值,从而导致发展的价值理性的缺失及发展目的与手段的倒置,产生了发展的诸多价值困境。科学发展观的提出,体现了工具理性与价值理性的一致,体现了价值理性至上的终极关怀原则,是对传统发展观的价值理性缺失的积极回应。从科学发展观的价值理想出发,要摆脱现代发展过程中的种种价值危机,走出发展的价值困境,克服发展的价值悖论,出路就在于实现发展价值取向的协调与整合。
The traditional view of development is the development view of “materialism ”. It reduces man’s value to the value of things, which leads to the lack of value rationality of development and the inversion of purpose and means of development, which brings about many value dilemmas of development. The proposition of the scientific concept of development embodies the unity of instrumental rationality and value rationality, embodies the ultimate concern of value rationality, and is a positive response to the lack of value rationality of the traditional development concept. Starting from the value ideal of the scientific development concept, it is necessary to get rid of the various value crises in the process of modern development, get out of the value dilemma of development and overcome the value paradox of development. The way out lies in realizing the coordination and integration of the development value orientation.
