中厚板的产品转型升级和生产成本的控制离不开性能控制技术,本文研究是基于中厚板物料跟踪的钢坯化学成分、加热参数、开轧温度等轧制工艺参数等历史数据,建立力学性能预报数学模型,采用实时生产数据预报钢板性能,在性能无法满足产品要求时,调整工艺参数,预报模型调整优化后,可用于中厚板的产品开发和长线产品的生产。
