在“一胎制”的计划生育政策下,造就了越来越多的独生子女家庭。而独生子女家庭也潜伏着另一种风险家庭即失独家庭。我国的失独群体问题就是在这种风险家庭中产生的。本文旨在探究我国失独群体问题的现实,进而尝试性提出解决失独群体问题的一些对策。本文有两个期许:以期国家和社会关注和重视失独群体问题;以期为国家和社会解决失独群体问题提供有益借鉴。
Under the one-child family planning policy, more and more one-child families have been created. The one-child families also lurk another risk family that is, the family of loss of independence. The problem of the society of our country’s loss of independence is born in such a risky home. The purpose of this article is to explore the reality of the problem of the group of the lost in our country and try to put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of the group of the lost person. This article has two expectations: in the hope that the state and society will pay close attention to and attach importance to the problem of the group of people who have lost their life, with a view to providing useful reference for the state and society to solve the problem of the group of the lost people.
