(Adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the Second Session of the Eleventh People’s Congress of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region on January 11, 2009) The Second Session of the Eleventh People’s Congress of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region examined the " Report on the Implementation of the 2008 Autonomous Region Budget and the Draft Financial Budget for the Autonomous Region in 2009 and the Draft Autonomous Region Budget for 2009 and Consent to the Autonomous Region
