由于超量开采和人为浪费,进一步加剧了全县水资源紧缺的矛盾,应采取强制性措施,从农业、工业、生活等领域实行全面节水,才能促进水资源的可持续利用。
Due to over-exploitation and man-made waste, the contradiction between the shortage of water resources in the county is further exacerbated. Mandatory measures should be taken to implement comprehensive water conservation in fields such as agriculture, industry and life so as to promote the sustainable utilization of water resources.
