1病例资料患者,男,22岁。5天前感觉头痛、恶心、呕吐,于当地医院对症治疗（治疗经过不详）,未见好转来院。急查头部CT示：颅内占位性病变,收入院。查体：自主体位,查体合作,体温37OC、血压120/80mmHg,发育正常,神志清醒,表情痛苦。全身皮肤正常,表浅淋巴结无肿大。
