为创造一个净化环境饲养裸鼠,我们将旧动物房改造成11M~2和9M~2两间净化室,一间为裸鼠繁殖室,一间为裸鼠实验室。净化室空气经过初、中、高效三级过滤,由鼓风机送风,室内保持正压,净化室内放层流架饲养繁殖裸鼠。进入净化室的一切物品经过严格消毒后由传递窗传入,层层拆包进入层流架,工作人员洗澡后更换无菌服进入净化室。经过一年多的使用,取得了一定的效果。裸鼠繁殖平均产仔数6.8只,平均成活率80％,一年内进行了四次空气菌落检测,均达到100级净化标准。此外,还在实验室进行了裸鼠肿瘤实验,均取得满意的效果。通过一年的裸鼠繁殖,实验证明在外环境条件比较差的情况下,利用旧房屋改造建立裸鼠室是可行的。只要严格管理,合理操作,同样能取得满意的效果。
In order to create a clean environment for nursery nursery, we renovated the old animal clinic into two decontamination rooms 11M ~ 2 and 9M ~ 2, one for the nursery reproduction room and one for the nude mice laboratory.
