力量素质是摔跤训练的基础和前提,提高摔跤运动员的力量素质是提高专项成绩的关键。研究探索决定力量的诸因素关系及力量训练的规律于基本原则,通过有计划、系统的力量训练,可以极大改善人体各肌肉之间的协调配合的能力,从而达到提高力量的目的。
Strength is the foundation and premise of wrestling training. Improving the strength and quality of wrestlers is the key to improve the special performance. Studying and exploring the relationship between the factors that determine the power and the law of strength training on the basic principle that through systematic and systematic strength training we can greatly improve the ability of human muscles to coordinate and cooperate so as to achieve the goal of enhancing our strength.
