目的 :比较三种抗原修复法在胃癌 CD34微血管计数 (microvessel count,MVC)中的染色效果。方法 :热修复法、酶消化法和酶消化加热修复法在 30例胃癌组织中进行 CD34微血管计数的免疫组化染色。结果 :该三种方法在 30例胃癌组织中进行的 CD34微血管计数值 ,分别为 40 .5± 12 .1、394± 7.2、5 6 3± 8.5。其中 ,热修复法和酶消化法之间无显著性差异 ,两种方法与酶消化加热修复法比较均有显著性差异。结论 :酶消化加热修复法在三种方法中效果优于其他两组。
Objective : To compare the staining effects of three antigen repair methods in gastric cancer CD34 microvessel count (MVC). METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining of CD34 microvessel counts was performed in 30 cases of gastric cancer tissues by heat recovery, enzymatic digestion and enzyme digestion heating. RESULTS: The CD34 microvessel counts of the three methods performed in 30 cases of gastric cancer were 40.5%, 12.1%, 394.7%, and 562.8%, respectively. Among them, there was no significant difference between the heat recovery method and the enzyme digestion method, and there were significant differences between the two methods and the enzyme digestion heat recovery method. Conclusion: The effect of enzyme digestion heat recovery method in three methods is superior to the other two groups.
