着重分析了电刷镀镀层厚度在线自动测量的工作原理、DDC型电刷镀镀层厚度测量装置的结构及保证精度的措施。通过实测结果说明此测量装置精度高,重复精度好,可用于进行在线自动测量及静态测量工作中。
The working principle of on-line automatic measurement of the thickness of brush plating is analyzed emphatically. The structure of DDC brush plating thickness measuring device and the measures to ensure the accuracy are analyzed. The measurement results show that this measuring device has high accuracy and repeatability, and can be used in online automatic measurement and static measurement.
