篡改行为是指故意修改原始调查记录、实验数据、图像、文献资料等,使其失去真实性,并以自己的名义发表的行为.篡改的主要表现形式:1)使用经过擅自修改、挑选、删减、增加的原始调查记录、实验数据等,使原始调查记录、实验数据等的本意(真实性)发生改变.2)通过拼接不同来源图像来构造出不真实的图像.
