我矿广大革命职工在批林批孔运动的推动下,抓大事,促大干,掀起了轰轰烈烈的抓革命促生产热潮,各项生产指标不断提高。为了扭转过去那种采矿与出矿的被动局面,党委坚持“鞍钢宪法”,发动群众,大搞三结合,组织了快速回采生产验试。试验采用了大断面漏斗石门一放矿槽底部结构、无梯段水平分层深打眼的回采方式和新的劳动组织,保证了在安全的条件下,实现了快速回采,达到月采12163吨。凿岩工效156吨/工班,掌子面工效74吨/工班,耙矿效率102吨/班,采矿强度525吨/月·米~2(15米/月)的水平,实现高强度高工效,仅用50天的时间就采完了这个采矿场,采下矿石总量24500吨,取得了较好的效果。
