Objective To investigate the nursing intervention and its application value of hypoglycemia in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Ninety-six patients with end-stage DN admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with specific nursing interventions. Patients in the conventional group were treated only routinely, and the incidence of hypoglycemia was compared between the two groups And nursing satisfaction score. Results The incidence of hypoglycemia in trial group was 2.08% lower than that in control group (12.50%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the test group was (96.23 ± 2.26) points higher than that of the control group (83.23 ± 2.58) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions End-stage DN patients are prone to hypoglycemia during hemodialysis. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen early nursing intervention clinically to improve the prognosis of patients.
