目的 研究全蝎的抗癌成分。方法 采用有机溶剂超声提取、离子交换层析及聚丙烯酰胺电泳等方法,对其抗癌成分进行分离纯化并分析鉴定。结果 确定其提纯组分为蛋白质,分子量为1.8、2.6、2.8kD。结论 全蝎全虫入药治疗肿瘤效果良好,但其成分复杂,有效成分不清,本文对全蝎中的部分成分进行了初步分离与分析,有利于深入研究和临床应用。
Objective To study the anti-cancer components of Scorpion. Methods Ultrasonic extraction of organic solvents, ion exchange chromatography and polyacrylamide electrophoresis were used to separate and purify the anti-cancer components. Results The purified components were identified as proteins with molecular weights of 1.8, 2.6, and 2.8 kD. Conclusion The results showed that the effects of the whole cockroaches on the treatment of tumors were good, but their components were complex and the active ingredients were unclear. This article made a preliminary separation and analysis of some components of the whole cockroach, which is beneficial for in-depth research and clinical application.
