本文研究了用氯化三烷基苄基铵(7407)萃取分离铼钼的工艺条件。结果表明,7407是铼钼分离的有效萃取剂,铼钼分离系数为2362。经3次逆流萃取,铼和钼的萃取率分别为:99.60%和3.37%。用40%硫氰酸铵溶液对富有机进行3次逆流反萃取,铼的反萃率为99%。萃取剂可再生循环使用。
In this paper, the extraction of rhenium and molybdenum by trialkylbenzylammonium chloride (7407) was studied. The results show that 7407 is an effective extractant of rhenium-molybdenum separation, rhenium-molybdenum separation coefficient of 2362. After 3 countercurrent extraction, the extraction rates of rhenium and molybdenum were 99.60% and 3.37%, respectively. The countercurrent stripping of the organic by three times with 40% ammonium thiocyanate solution gave rhenium as stripping ratio of 99%. Extractant can be recycled and reused.
