以企业需求为导向开展高职院校就业指导,这是一种必然趋势。文章通过对企业的问卷调查,以杭州科技职业技术学院为例,分析了高职院校就业指导现状、存在问题、并提出对策。提出要从创新校企合作模式、扩大冠名办学、争取政府扶持等方面促进高校就业指导工作的开展,从而提升高职毕业生就业竞争力。
It is an inevitable trend to guide the employment guidance of higher vocational colleges to the needs of enterprises. Based on the questionnaire survey of enterprises and taking Hangzhou Science and Technology Vocational and Technical College as an example, the article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of employment guidance in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some countermeasures. It is proposed to promote the employment guidance of colleges and universities in terms of innovating the mode of school-enterprise cooperation, enlarging the name of running schools, and striving for government support, so as to enhance the employment competitiveness of higher vocational college graduates.
