在过去几十年中,我国农业中等职业教育为我国的农业现代化培养了大批人才,成就巨大。随着改革开放的深入,社会主义市场体制的建立,原有的以专业学科型为特征的教育体系,在当前的形势下,表现出了明显的不适应。面临世纪之交,中等农业教育何去何从,怎样以一个崭新的面貌进入21世纪,这是摆在我们面前一个重要的课题。我们要学习借鉴发达国家的经验,结合国情,从学科型的教育体系转变到以能力为本位
In the past few decades, secondary vocational education in agriculture in our country has trained a large number of talents for our country’s agricultural modernization and achieved tremendous achievements. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the establishment of a socialist market system, the original education system characterized by a specialized discipline has shown a clear failure to adapt to the current situation. Facing the turn of the century, how to go to middle agricultural education and how to enter the 21st century with a brand-new appearance is an important issue before us. We must learn from the experience of developed countries and, in light of our national conditions, shift from a disciplinary education system to a capacity-based one
