目的评价兴化市渔具制造企业喷漆岗位安装排风罩对作业场所有害物质控制效果。方法选择2个企业规模、作业强度、作业场所基本相似的渔具制造企业中,随机分为干预和对照对象,干预企业作业场所中喷漆岗位安装40 cm×50 cm×50 cm方形排风罩,按评价监测检测车间空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度及排风罩口风速。结果两对象企业排风罩(口)平均风速差异不大,干预企业作业场所车间空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度低于对照企业,甲苯、二甲苯差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),车间空气有害物质浓度符合国家标准。结论渔具制造企业作业场所喷漆岗位安装排风罩对有害物质浓度控制有明显效果,可在其他企业中推广。
Objective To evaluate the control effect of harmful substances in workplaces caused by the installation of exhaust hoods on the spray paint posts of fishing gear manufacturers in Xinghua City. Methods Two fishing tackle manufacturers with similar scale, operation intensity and work place were selected and randomly divided into intervention and control subjects. The squirt hood with a size of 40 cm × 50 cm × 50 cm Evaluation monitoring and testing workshop air benzene, toluene, xylene concentration and exhaust hood mouth speed. Results There was no significant difference in average wind speed between the exhaust hoods of the two parties. The concentrations of benzene, toluene and xylene in the air of the intervention workshop were lower than that of the control enterprise. There was a significant difference between toluene and xylene (P <0.05, P <0.01), the concentration of harmful substances in the air workshop in line with national standards. Conclusion The installation of exhaust hoods on the spray paint job sites of fishing gear manufacturing enterprises has obvious effect on the control of the concentration of harmful substances and can be promoted in other enterprises.
