国务院、教育部有关文件提出了“以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向”的职业教育办学方针和“全面培养学生的综合素质和职业能力,提高其就业创业能力”的明确要求。而有些职校生对照其将来岗位和发展的需求存在着素质与能力的较大差距。这就需要职业学校树立以能力为本位的教学指导思想,通过多种途径消除这种差距。被忽视的文学教育是一条消除差距的有效途径,它能够为职校生具备就业及人生发展所需要的素质与能力发挥独到的培育作用。
The relevant documents of the State Council and the Ministry of Education put forward the explicit requirements of the principle of “serving for the purpose and taking employment as the orientation” and the policy of “comprehensively cultivating students’ comprehensive qualifications and occupational ability and enhancing their employment and entrepreneurship ability.” However, some vocational school students have a large gap in their qualities and abilities against their future post and development needs. This requires vocational schools to establish a teaching abilities of the guiding ideology, through a variety of ways to eliminate this gap. Neglected literary education is an effective way to eliminate the gap. It can play a unique role in cultivating the qualifications and abilities that vocational school students need for employment and personal development.
