[目的]九里香具有广泛应用价值,研究了精油的抑菌活性及成分。[方法]超临界CO2萃取九里香精油,以生长速率法测定精油的抑菌活性,利用气相色谱-质谱法进行成分分析。[结果]质量浓度为0.5 g/L的九里香精油对供试病菌有较好的抑制作用,对香蕉炭疽菌和芒果炭疽菌的EC50值分别为0.2611、0.2677 g/L。鉴定出20种化合物,其中主要成分为n-棕榈酸(28.76%)、1-(1,5-二甲基-4-己烯基)-4-甲苯(22.38%)、N-(1-甲基-3-氧-亚丁基)-4-甲氧基苯胺(20.11%)。[结论]九里香对炭疽菌有较好的抑菌活性,具有进一步研究的价值。
[Objective] Jiulixiang has wide application value, studied the antibacterial activity and composition of essential oil. [Method] The essential oil of ninety - nine essential oil was extracted by supercritical CO2, the antibacterial activity of the essential oil was determined by the growth rate method, and the composition was analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. [Result] The Jiuli essential oil with the concentration of 0.5 g / L had a good inhibitory effect on the tested pathogens, and the EC50 values of anthrax for banana and mango were 0.2611 and 0.2677 g / L, respectively. Twenty compounds were identified, of which the main components were n-palmitic acid (28.76%), 1- (1,5-dimethyl-4-hexenyl) Methyl-3-oxo-butylene) -4-methoxyaniline (20.11%). [Conclusion] Jiulixiang has better antibacterial activity to anthracnose and has the value of further research.
