上海市总工会为全面提升女职工整体素质,充分激发女职工的聪明才智和创造活力,培养并造就一支“学习型、知识型、技能型、创新型”女职工队伍,以适应上海这座国际型大都市的转型,使广大女职工为推动上海经济社会的发展作出积极贡献,于1996年提出了创办女职工周末学校的号召。根据笔者16年办学实践和其他学校成功的经验,经学习研究和分析,建议从以下方面予以把握和开展好此项工作。一、增强对办好女职工周末学校重要性的再认识
