本省秋征任务,由于全体干部艰苦努力,广大群众认清了取之于民用之于民的正确政策,热情拥护,踊跃缴纳,现已基本完成。其中尤以上饶、寗都、南昌等分区,成绩最好。摆在面前压倒一切的土地改革这个中心任务,已经或即将在五十一个县,三百七十五个区,九百八十万人口的地区全面展开。这一规模宏大的土改运动,是在空前未有的全国胜利、全省解放的新的历史环境下;又有了一年余社会改革运动与艰苦工作的基础;领导上对土改的政策、组织、思想指导等皆作了充分的准备,干部取得了土改试点经验的情况下进行的。因此当前的土地改革,就具备了取得胜利的必要的可能条件,当这一伟大的土改运动胜利揭幕之际,全省人民莫不欢欣鼓舞,热烈拥护这一渴望已久的大喜事的到来。
