中石油管道沈阳分公司维抢修中心,原名沈阳封堵队,始建于1988年,是全国首家实施封堵的专业队伍。他们秉承“精心组织、快速反应、作风顽强、抢险必胜”理念,多次漂亮地完成管道抢险任务。中心下设四个维抢修班组,每个班组配备有管工、钳工、电工、焊工、通信工等多个工种,是其进行抢险任务的中坚力量,他们集封堵、排油、切管、动火换管及输油气站场设备安装改造等多项技能于一身。
Shenyang Branch of PetroChina Pipeline repair center, formerly known as the Shenyang block team, was founded in 1988, is the first implementation of the closure of the professional team.
