刘海粟教授是江苏常州人,生于一八九六年,是全国政协委员、美术界的老前辈,著名的书画家,中国近代艺术教育事业奠基人之一。在此,我代表江苏省高教局、省文化局、省文联、美协江苏分会、省美术馆、南京艺术学院向刘海粟教授致以崇高的敬意和最热烈的祝贺!对前来参加庆祝会的省市领导、全国文联、全国美协领导和同志们表示衷心的感谢!
Professor Liu Haisu, a native of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, was born in 1896 and is a member of the CPPCC National Committee. He is a veteran of the fine art world, a famous painter and painter, and one of the founders of the art education in modern China. Here, on behalf of the Higher Education Bureau of Jiangsu Province, the Provincial Department of Culture, the Provincial Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Jiangsu Branch of the American Society, the Provincial Art Museum and the Nanjing Arts Institute, I extend my highest respect and most warm congratulations to Professor Liu Haisu for attending the celebration party Provincial leaders, the National Federation, the National Association leaders and comrades express my heartfelt thanks!
