2017年6月24日晚上,有网友曝光北京市延庆某中学一学生在厕所受辱的视频——一名男生被同学要求触碰粪便。此视频在网上曝光后引发极大反响。两天后,警方发布通报证实该视频情况属实,涉案学生有7人,5人被处罚款,2人因不满14周岁依法不予处罚。事实上,校园欺凌距离人们并不遥远。发生在江苏省南京市的一起因校园欺凌而引发的刑事案件,着实令人心痛。
On the night of June 24, 2017, a netizen exposed a video of a student being humiliated in a toilet in a middle school in Yanqing, Beijing - a boy was asked by his classmates to touch the excrement. This video triggered a great response after being exposed online. Two days later, the police issued a circular confirming the video was true.
