一、“陌生面孔”忽成流行一族对于国人来说,ISO9000曾经是一张陌生的面孔。当它最初见诸于华夏报端的时候,且不要说社会上的寻常百姓,企业里的普通员工,即便是建筑业界的一些专业人士,面对这一串洋文也是不知所云。ISO9000在我国建筑企业中的试点工作始于1993年。截止1996年底,全国已有210家施工企业通过了第三方认证。在取得经验的基础上,1997年4月7日.建设部向各省、自治区、直辖市建筑主管部门发出了《关于建筑企业贯彻ISO9000——GB/T19000系列标准的指导意见》。这个《指导意见》一出台,ISO9000这一张陌生面孔,在中国建筑业界立马就成了流行一族。
