目的应用计算机辅助设计CT维重建技术为骨盆髋臼周围恶性肿瘤行肿瘤切除修复重建进行手术预测和模拟。方法选取成人骨盆髋臼周围恶性肿瘤患者的CT、MRI图像标本,使用Mimics10.01软件进行CT图像三维重建,结合MRI进行肿瘤骨性边界的分析、界定及测量,在重建的三维图像上进行模拟肿瘤切除截骨手术。计算各截骨平面、标志点、髋臼旋转中心与骨盆解剖标志的相互关系。结果成功地为髋臼周围恶性肿瘤病例进行了截骨手术模拟,并通过手术模拟得到了相关参数。结论计算机辅助设计CT三维重建手术模拟技术可以为制定个体化、定量化的手术方案提供参考,为改善髋臼周围恶性肿瘤切除重建的手术效果提供切实可行的指导。
Objective To predict and simulate the surgical resection and reconstruction of the tumors around the pelvis and acetabulum by computer-aided design of CT-dimensional reconstruction. Methods CT and MRI images of adult patients with pelvic acetabulum were selected. Mimics 10.01 software was used to perform three-dimensional reconstruction of CT images. MRI was used to analyze, define and measure tumor bony boundaries and simulate the reconstructed 3D images Tumor resection osteotomy. Calculate the osteotomy plane, mark points, acetabular rotation center and pelvic anatomy signs of the relationship. Results Successful osteotomy surgery was performed on the cases of malignant tumors around the acetabulum. The relevant parameters were obtained through surgical simulation. Conclusion The computer-aided design CT three-dimensional reconstruction surgery simulation technology can provide a reference for the development of individualized and quantitative surgical plans, and provide practical guidance for improving the surgical outcomes of resection and reconstruction of malignant tumors around the acetabulum.
