两段式喷吹煤粉工艺具有保护炉内焦炭强度、降低高炉料柱压差的特点,有利于提高煤粉喷吹量、强化高炉冶炼,同时还可以降低高炉大喷煤对焦炭质量的苛刻要求。两段式喷吹煤粉工艺在某钢铁公司日产达到约3 200t的高炉实施,通过对风口焦炭、高炉尘及高炉操作指标的分析,考察了两段式喷吹煤粉工艺的应用效果。工业实践表明:该工艺能有效地保护焦炭强度,改善高炉炼铁的各项技术指标。
