目的:掌握军校学员的学习情况,分析性别、专业、年级等因素的影响。方法:应用大学生学习动机简易评定量表和自编问卷等,以某军医大学为例,分析学员学习动机强度、自评的学习态度、对学习成绩的期望值、学习成绩的整体状况等。结果:1学员总体学习动机主要以中等为主(62.6%),自评的学习态度以比较刻苦(38.8%)和一般(36.6%)为主;对学习成绩的期望值以良好(41.2%)和优秀(38.5%)为主;学习成绩的整体状况以良好(42.4%)和中等(30.6%)为主;2不同性别学员之间只有学习成绩的整体状况有统计学差异(F=4.557,P=0.033);3不同专业学员的学习动机的强度、自评的学习态度和对学习成绩的期望值有差异(F=2.613,4.774,5.792;P=0.011,0.000,0.000);4不同年级学员学习动机的强度、对学习成绩的期望值和学习成绩的整体状况有统计学差异(F=4.372,6.385,9.849;P=0.004,0.000,0.000)。结论:军医大学学员学习动机水平适中,总体学习状态较好;性别、专业、年级都是学习的影响因素,后两者更明显;要采取多种措施提升学员的学习动机水平。
Objective: To master the learning situation of cadets and analyze the influence of gender, major, grade and other factors. Methods: Using the simple assessment scale of college students ’motivation to learn and the self-compiled questionnaire, taking a military medical university as an example, this paper analyzes the students’ motivation to learn, the learning attitude of self-evaluation, the expected value of academic achievement and the overall status of academic achievement. Results: (1) The overall motivation of the students was mainly middle (62.6%), self-rated learning attitude was more painful (38.8%) and general (36.6%), and the expectations of academic performance were good (41.2%) and (38.5%). The overall academic performance was good (42.4%) and moderate (30.6%). There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (F = 4.557, P = 0.033) .3 The strength of motivation, self-rated learning attitude and the expected value of learning achievement of different majors are different (F = 2.613,4.774,5.792; P = 0.011,0.000,0.000) The strength of motivation had a statistically significant difference between the expected value of the academic record and the overall performance of the academic record (F = 4.372, 6.385, 9.849; P = 0.004, 0.000, 0.000). CONCLUSION: The motivational level of students in military medical college is moderate and their overall learning status is good. Gender, major and grade are all the influencing factors of learning. The latter two are more obvious. Various measures should be taken to improve students’ motivation to learn.
