【目的】了解孕产妇母婴健康相关知识的认知情况,为完善孕产期健康教育宣传内容及形式提供依据。【方法】采用问卷调查的方法,选择2011年2-3月份在北京市朝阳区妇儿医院进行孕期检查和住院分娩的孕产妇作为研究对象进行问卷调查。【结果】本次调查及格率为31.0%,其中孕产妇保健知识及格率为57.7%,新生儿保健知识及格率为16.6%;产妇的及格率(42.4%)明显高于孕早期妇女(25.3%);涉及孕产妇不同妊娠时期的具体生理指标或婴儿不同月龄的具体生理现象等健康知识问题,正确率均较低。【结论】根据孕产期不同阶段的需求,通过适宜的途径、采用恰当的载体,及时地开展适时、有效的健康知识宣传,以更好的提高孕产妇母婴健康知识掌握程度。
【Objective】 To understand the cognition of maternal and child health-related knowledge and provide basis for improving the content and form of health education during pregnancy and childbirth. 【Methods】 A questionnaire survey was conducted to choose the pregnant women who were examined during pregnancy and hospitalized for delivery from February to March in 2011 in Chaoyang District Women and Children Hospital of Beijing. 【Results】 The passing rate of this survey was 31.0%, of which the passing rate of maternal health knowledge was 57.7% and the passing rate of newborn health knowledge was 16.6%. The passing rate of mothers (42.4%) was significantly higher than that of pregnant women (25.3% ); Related to maternal pregnancy in different specific physiological indicators or different physical characteristics of the baby at different months of health knowledge problems, the correct rate is low. 【Conclusion】 According to the needs of different phases of pregnancy and childbirth, timely and effective publicity of health knowledge should be carried out in a timely manner through appropriate ways and appropriate carriers so as to better enhance the mastery of maternal and child health knowledge.
